APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP

 The Pickleball Club’s year of operation is from January 1st to December 31st. Annual dues are $26.00 per person from January 1st to December 31st. New Members who join the club anytime from July 1st through the end of the year shall pay $13.00 for the remainder of the year. By return of the information below, I/we cetify that I/23 have read the By-Laws and Rules and Regulation fo the Sun City Center Pickleball club and agree to abid with them and any other policies and procedures directed by the Board of the Pickleball Club, as posted on the Club’s bulleting board.

 All applicants must show CA member ship cards to a member of the Pickleball Club Board of Directors before submitting an application. Ask a Board Member to initial or sign below and then mail or give completed application and your check to Chris Jacobs, Treasurer, 1115 Opal Lane, Sun City Center, FL 33573.

The list of E-Mail addresses will only be made available to Picklball Club Board Members and Club Members who need to conduct or disseminate Pickleball Club business.

 Attached is my/our check, payable to the “SCC Pickleball Club” in the amount of $26.00/$52.00 for one full year or, the new member(s) fee of $13.00/$26.00 for the second half of the year.
